Requirements for Appointment

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

  • Have served as Senior Teacher I on T-Scale 8 for a minimum of six months.
  • Have a satisfactory rating in performance appraisals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to supervise, mentor, and provide professional support to colleagues.
  • Fulfill any other criteria specified by the Commission.

Important Notes:

  • Teachers currently holding the positions of Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates who applied under Advert No. 4/2024 are also welcome to apply again.

  • Successful candidates will be assigned to schools with available vacancies.
