Service Details

  1. Immediate Services
    • Enquiries made at TSC offices are attended to within 10 minutes.
    • Correspondence submitted in writing receives responses within 14 days.
  2. Teacher Recruitment and Assignments
    • Applications for recruitment are acknowledged within 14 days, and interview results are communicated in 7 days.
    • Teachers posted after recruitment receive letters within 30 days, while those returning from leave are posted within 7 days of application.
  3. Teacher Transfers and Promotions
    • Applications for transfers are acknowledged within 14 days, with decisions made within 90 days.
    • Competitive promotions are processed within 70 days, and common cadre promotions take 30 days after submission.
  4. Disciplinary and Complaints Resolution
    • Discipline cases are determined within 3 months after registration, with a review process available for a fee of Ksh. 2000.
    • Complaints submitted in writing are resolved within 7 days.
  5. Exit Benefits and Salary Processing
    • Retirement, resignation, or gratuity benefits are processed within a month when the required documents are submitted.
    • Salaries are paid, and pay slips are uploaded by the last day of the month.
