- Correspondence submitted in writing receives responses within 14 days.
- Teacher Recruitment and Assignments
- Applications for recruitment are acknowledged within 14 days, and interview results are communicated in 7 days.
- Teachers posted after recruitment receive letters within 30 days, while those returning from leave are posted within 7 days of application.
- Teacher Transfers and Promotions
- Applications for transfers are acknowledged within 14 days, with decisions made within 90 days.
- Competitive promotions are processed within 70 days, and common cadre promotions take 30 days after submission.
- Disciplinary and Complaints Resolution
- Discipline cases are determined within 3 months after registration, with a review process available for a fee of Ksh. 2000.
- Complaints submitted in writing are resolved within 7 days.
- Exit Benefits and Salary Processing
- Retirement, resignation, or gratuity benefits are processed within a month when the required documents are submitted.
- Salaries are paid, and pay slips are uploaded by the last day of the month.
