The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is a Constitutional Commission created under Article 237(1) of the Constitution. As part of its role, the Commission is inviting applications from qualified teachers for various positions, as detailed in the Career Progression Guidelines.
Applicants who meet the qualifications for the roles should submit their applications through the TSC portal (www.teachersonline.go.ke) by the deadline of 30th December 2024. Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for the Chief Principal (TTC) position, a candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: At least three years of service as a Senior Principal (T-Scale 14).
- Performance: A satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal and performance contracting process.
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to mentor, supervise, and provide professional support to other teachers.
- Additional Criteria: Any other requirements set by the Commission.
