TSC Promotion Vacancies for Senior Lecturer IV (TTC): Requirements.
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is a Constitutional Commission established under Article 237(1) of the Kenyan Constitution. Its mandate includes managing teacher recruitment and placement in line with the Career Progression Guidelines.
The TSC is inviting applications from qualified teachers for Senior Lecturer IV (TTC), T-Scale 9 – 70 Posts. Applications should be submitted online through the official TSC portal, www.teachersonline.go.ke, by 30th December 2024, at midnight. Manual applications will not be considered.

Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for this role, candidates must:
| Criteria | Description |
|---|---|
| Experience | Have served for at least two (2) years as a Secondary Teacher I, Senior Teacher I, or Lecturer I at T-Scale 8 or equivalent. |
| Performance Appraisal | Achieved a satisfactory rating in performance appraisals. |
| Leadership & Mentorship | Demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor, and professionally support other teachers. |
| Additional Requirements | Meet any other criteria stipulated by the TSC. |
