The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is a Constitutional body established under Article 237(1) of the Constitution. In accordance with its mandate, the Commission is calling for applications from qualified teachers for Senior Principal (TTC) T-Scale 14 – 03 Posts as outlined below, in alignment with the Career Progression Guidelines.
Application Submission Instructions:
Candidates who meet the required qualifications should submit their applications online through the TSC portal at www.teachersonline.go.ke. The application deadline is 30th December 2024. It is important to note that manual applications will not be considered.

Requirements for Appointment:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must have served as a Principal/Deputy Principal I, T-Scale 13, for at least three (3) years.
- Must have received a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
- Must demonstrate the ability to supervise, mentor, and provide professional support to fellow teachers.
- Must fulfill any other requirements deemed necessary by the Commission.
