The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is calling for applications from qualified teachers for Deputy Principal II (Post Pimary) T-SCALE 12 – 786 Posts as per the Career Progression Guidelines.
Application Process
Interested and eligible candidates must apply online via the TSC portal at www.teachersonline.go.ke, with applications to be submitted no later than 30th December, 2024. It is important to note that manual applications will not be accepted.

Requirements for Appointment
To be considered for appointment to this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Candidates must have served as Deputy Principal III or Senior Master II (T-Scale 11) for at least 6 months.
- Performance: A satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process is required.
- Leadership Skills: Applicants should have demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor, and provide professional support to fellow teachers.
- Additional Criteria: The Commission may set other requirements as necessary.
Additional Information
- Current Principals: Teachers who are currently performing the duties of a Principal are encouraged to apply.
- Encouragement for Previous Applicants: Those who applied for Advert 1 to 4 of 2024, which ran from 12th to 18th November, are encouraged to submit a new application.
Successful candidates will be posted to schools where vacancies exist. All applications must be submitted through the online TSC portal by the specified deadline.
