TSC Announces Senior Lecturer I (TTC) Recruitment: Requirements
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC), a Constitutional body established under Article 237(1) of the Constitution, is seeking applications from qualified teachers for Senior Lecturer I (TTC) position
The recruitment process is in accordance with the Career Progression Guidelines, and interested candidates should apply online via the TSC portal at www.teachersonline.go.ke by the deadline of 30th December 2024. Note that manual applications will not be accepted.

- Successful candidates will be assigned to schools where vacancies exist.
Position: Senior Lecturer I (TTC) – T-Scale 12 – 13 Posts
Requirements for Appointment: To be considered for the Senior Lecturer I position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Have served in the Senior Lecturer II (T-Scale 11) role for at least 6 months.
- Have achieved a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal.
- Have demonstrated the ability to mentor, supervise, and provide professional support to other teachers.
- Fulfill any additional requirements as specified by the Commission.
