Requirements for Appointment

Candidates must meet the following conditions to be eligible:

  • Experience: Served as a Secondary Teacher I (T-Scale 8) for at least two years.
  • Performance: Demonstrated satisfactory performance in the appraisal process.
  • Professionalism: Proven capability to supervise, mentor, and support other teachers.
  • Other Requirements: Fulfill any additional criteria set by the Commission.

Special Note: Teachers currently performing duties as Principals or Deputy Principals are encouraged to apply.

Additional Notes

  • Candidates previously applying under Adverts 1 to 4 of 2024 (12th to 18th November 2024) are advised to reapply.
  • Successful applicants will be assigned to schools with available vacancies.
  • Appointed candidates must present valid Chapter 6 compliance documents as part of the final appointment process.
