TSC Online Wealth Declaration Instruction Manual: Income, Assets, Liabilities.

All TSC personnel can access the Teachers Online Services Information system. It is a web-based system that can be accessed using any browser, particularly Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

To use the portal, go to the TSC website www.tsc.go.ke, click on the online services option, and then to Teachers Online Services sub-menu, as illustrated below:

Display the home page, as seen below. Click on the declaration of income, Asset and Liabilities Click the link at the top of the page to proceed.

Creating Password

  1. Enter your TSC number in the field provided and then click the Next button.
  2. Enter your mobile number and VALID email address. Please do not use another person’s email address. This is because you will need it for the following:

i. Reset your password if you forget it.

ii. Confirmation of declaration submission, with a copy provided to your email upon completion.

Enter your selected password and repeat to confirm. Click Next to proceed to the Next step.

Logging into the System

  1. Enter your TSC number into the TSC number textbox provided.
  2. Enter your password and click the Login button.

General Information and Biodata

  1. Read the general information, then click Next.
  2. Fill out the forms with your name, date of birth, marital status, mailing address, and permanent address.

Declare Income, Assets, and Liabilities

  1. Select the appropriate tab to capture the liabilities, income, and assets statements. Click the Add/Save button below each category (liabilities), Income and Assets) to include more records.

Capture Spouse(s) and Dependants

a) Capturing spouses and dependents

Enter your spouse’s and dependents’ information. To proceed, simply click the Save button.

Repeating the process allows for the capture of additional dependents.

b) Dependents’ Declaration of Income, Assets, and Liabilities

The list of dependents appears on the right side of the window; click Declare statement under Actions column to the extreme right. If not applicable, click Next to continue.

  1. Select the proper tab to capture the liabilities, income, and assets statements for your spouse and dependents. Click the “Add/Save” button below each

To add and preserve more entries, select the category (liabilities, income, and assets).

Click on the Next button to proceed to the next page.

Capturing Additional Information

Enter any other important details in the supplied fields and click on the Save/Add button. If not applicable, click the Next button to go to the next page. Click to add/save entries.

Capturing witness details and viewing the declaration summary

Enter the witness information into the fields provided and click Save.

To view your declaration, click the View Summary option. In case you have to make corrections, select the appropriate menu on the left side of the window or Use the previous button to return to the page you want to change.

Once you’re satisfied, click the Submit button to complete your declaration. Copy will be delivered to the email address you gave in the sign up process.

PART B (For Administrators) – TSC Online Wealth Declaration Instruction Manual: Income, Assets, Liabilities

Monitoring Declaration of Income, Assets, and Liabilities

Administrators can use this to track actual income, assets, and Liabilities.

Accessing the Monitoring Tool

Once logged in, click on the monitor Income, Assets, and Liabilities navigation.

The link is on the left side of the window.

Recording Reasons for Noncompliance.

  1. Verify compliance by checking the declaration’s status in the Compliance column.
  2. Provide grounds for noncompliance by selecting the appropriate reason from the Non Compliance Reasons column.
  3. To submit, click the Save option located at the bottom of the form.

Managing User Passwords

a) Reset Password

If you forget your password, click on the Forgot password as indicated by the arrow below.

Enter your TSC. No, then click the Continue button to reset your password. Follow the instructions.

Create a new password using the information provided in your e-mail.

b) Change Password

If your password has been compromised and you need to update it, click the drop down arrow at the top.

On the right side of the window, select the Profile menu.

Enter your password in the “Current password” field. To save your changes, click the Save button. Use the new password next whenever you want to log in.

c) System Logout

To ensure security, log out of the system when you are not using it.

To log out: Click on the drop down Arrow at the top of the right side of the window and select Sign out menu as demonstrated below.
