Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for this role, candidates must:
- Have served as a Senior Teacher II (T-Scale 7) for at least 6 months.
- Have a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
- Demonstrate the ability to supervise, mentor, and offer professional support to other teachers.
- Fulfill any additional requirements as determined by the Commission.
Additional Information
Teachers who are currently acting as Head Teachers or Deputy Head Teachers are encouraged to apply.
